BID24 - Ibero-American Design Biennial
9th Edition
The Ibero-American Design Biennial IDB, organized by the Madrid Design Foundation, takes place every two years at the Matadero Madrid Design Center, a center for contemporary creation promoted by the Department of Government of Culture and Sports of the Madrid City Council, and is the most important event in contemporary Ibero-American design.
The opening week will take place from October 8 to 13 and then the multiple activities hosted by the Biennial and the exhibition will continue until January 6, 2024.
The BID is an initiative that allows the public to approach the discipline of design and its environment, as well as being a meeting point, on the one hand for reflection and thought and, on the other, for establishing relationships between professionals, with companies in the sector and the academic field. Year after year, it consolidates itself as a forum for generating ideas and sharing them.
Participation in its call offers participants access to the IDB Seal, a quality mark and standard of excellence, and involves a series of visibility opportunities.
