Call for the National Innovation and Design Awards 2025

The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities announces the National Innovation and Design Awards 2025. These awards recognize and celebrate the importance of the design sector in our country.

The deadline for submitting applications will remain open until April 24 at 15:00 (CET).

National Innovation Awards 2025

‍

⭐ National Innovation Award in the 'Innovative Career' category. An individual natural person with a history of at least fifteen years in which innovation has been one of the relevant characteristics.

‍

⭐ National Innovation Award in the 'Large Innovative Company' category. Large companies with an innovative activity of at least fifteen years.

‍

⭐ National Innovation Award in the category 'Small and Medium Innovative Enterprise'. Small and medium-sized companies with demonstrated innovative activity for at least five years.

‍

⭐ National Innovation Award in the category 'Young Innovative Talent'. Individual natural person with demonstrated innovative potential, whose age does not exceed thirty-five years on the day of submission of the application.

National Design Awards 2025:

‍

⭐ National Design Award in the category 'Career in Design'. Design professionals (individual individuals or teams of professionals with a single legal identity) with a history of at least fifteen years of recognized prestige in the sector.

‍

⭐ National Design Award in the category 'Design and Business'. Companies that have incorporated design into their business strategy for at least ten years.

‍

⭐ National Design Award in the category 'Young Design Professionals'. Individual natural person with an age not exceeding thirty-five years on the day of submission of the application.

‍

The National Innovation Award in the “Innovative Career” and “Large Innovative Company” modalities and the National Design Award in the “Design and Business” modality will have a strictly honorary character.

‍

The National Innovation Award in the “Small and Medium Innovative Enterprise” category will have an economic endowment of 50,000 euros; the National Innovation Award in the “Young Innovative Talent” category will have an economic endowment of 30,000 euros.

‍

The National Design Award in the “Career in Design” category will have an economic endowment of 50,000 euros, the National Design Award in the “Young Design Professionals” category will have an economic endowment of 30,000 euros.
