In 2015 DIMAD launched di_food, a project that unites gastronomy and design and opens a channel to innovation within these two disciplines.
Aiming to research into the relationships between design and gastronomy, DIMAD set up workshops, meetings, exhibitions, banquets and talks throughout the year, which attracted over 25,000 people (visitors and participants) to the different activities at Central de Diseño.
