Big Food is a three-day event that takes place at the Central de Diseño and which aims to establish a link between gastronomy and design through formulas that can generate collaborative work between chefs, restaurants and designers to create a series of innovative culinary proposals in their field.
The main objective is to foster and support food design, an emergent discipline in our country, to cater for the most demanding palates.
To achieve this, several actions will be carried out: a workshop for designers and chefs, a market in which to acquire projects made by designers linked to gastronomy, spaces for food tasting products from different restaurants, etc.
