Philippe Apeloig is a great traveler, and his work is an invitation, an opportunity to see the world. His first well know poster “Chicago: The Birth of a Metropolis, 1872 – 1922“, for the Musée d’Orsay, was a celebration of American city. Apeloig went to the American continent for the first time just after designing this piece. Since then, he built a long relationship with the American cultures societies.
