The event is hosted by DIMAD as part of the Ibero-American Design Biennial (BID).

2017´s edition motto: Its design territory
The ENCUENTRO BID has scheduled meetings, workshops and debates, that will present, question and analyse design schools´ management models and training processes as well as post-graduate and PhD research projects. By doing so, it aims to foster innovative initiatives created by young students by showcasing their work in a Students´ Exhibition. This exhibition will display the best projects done by design students that show a pedagogic, classroom methodology or curricular proposal.
